- 1 or 1 ½ sleeves of saltine crackers
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 11oz package of milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup of butter
- ½ cup pecans (optional)
Foil and spray a cookie sheet. Line with saltine crackers. Melt light brown sugar and butter until it starts to boil. Pour over the crackers. Use a large spoon to spread covering all crackers. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes at 350 degrees. When removed from oven sprinkle with chocolate chips. After chips melt, quickly spread on top. You can also sprinkle pecans now, but this is optional.
Refrigerate the entire cookie sheet for 1:45 minutes to 2 hours. Break into pieces.
