Damaged Freight
Uh oh… Part of your TN Webbing order was damaged in transit. Now what?
Although every effort is make to make sure your shipment arrives safely and securely, sometimes freight can arrive damaged. Tennessee Webbing makes sure the product we are shipping to your facility is packed and wrapped securely.
What happens when WE arrange shipping
We assume the freight risk. If your order arrives at your facility damaged – and you have allowed TN Webbing to arrange the freight/shipping of your order – it is our responsibility to work with the freight carrier to investigate the issue and collect on the claim. Additionally we will make sure you have replacement order shipped to you for the damaged freight.
What happens when YOU arrange shipping
You assume the freight risk. If you choose to arrange for your freight directly, any damage claims or investigation with the carrier are your responsibility. Since TN Webbing did not arrange the shipment we have no control or responsibility once it leaves our dock.
