Apple Dip for Autumn
This recipe was given to me years ago by one of my best friends, Kara. It is so easy to make for my family, Church snacks, cookouts or any event that involves food. I have made individual gifts with this dip for Christmas, Birthdays and for my kid’s teachers at school. It makes a wonderful gift and I always have requests for the recipe.
- 1 (8 –ounce) package of cream cheese
- ½ cup dark brown sugar
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 (8 – ounce) package chopped toffee bits (Heath bits)
- Green apples (green are best for full flavor)
DIRECTIONS
Mix cream cheese, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in toffee bits.
Serve with apples.
