At Tennessee Webbing Products we have been manufacturing products for almost as long as we have been selling webbing. Our light manufacturing services have products from cargo nets, tree swing assemblies, women’s handbags, trampoline strapping, and various other products that use webbing. You have likely seen products we manufactured under other brand names!
Would you like to cut your cost of production? By taking advantage of our light manufacturing services, including heat-seal cutting and sewn assembly, we can add to your bottom line.
Pre-Cutting Webbing
We have a dedicated heat-seal cutting team that can cut to almost any custom length. The heat seal ensures the cut piece of webbing won’t fray and you receive a finished component for your application. Pre-cutting cuts your labor cost dramatically by eliminating waste and saving you time from measuring and cutting.
D-Ring Sub-Assemblies and Other Webbing Assemblies
One of the best ways we have found to save our customers money is by producing webbing sub-assemblies. We are able to sew pre-cut webbing pieces onto almost any hardware component. D-Ring Sub-Assemblies (or simply d-ring assemblies) are used on truck tarps. Because we produce these in mass quantities for many customers we are able to produce this component for less than most tarp manufacturers can buy the components.
Finished Sewn Products and Turnkey Manufacturing
In addition to sub-assemblies we offer finished products and turnkey contract manufacturing. We have long standing relationships with manufacturing facilities here in the USA as well as Asia, Mexico, and the Caribbean. No matter what your light manufacturing needs might be, we have a solution that will work for you. Below are examples of some of our sewn assembly capabilities:
